About Al Naeem Mall
Following the initial dream of bringing the mall to life, Al Naeem Mall development team ensured that its development would be in the line with overall focus and vision of the emirates itself. The development strides Ras Al Khaimah has made over the past few years signalled increased demand for services in the fields of leisure, entertainment and retail; accountable mostly to the steady population growth in the emirate throughout recent years. Upon conducting feasibility studies for the mall, the development team quickly discovered that 75% of the current Ras Al khaimah population is within the target age that the development team had envisioned for the mall. Location was always going to be paramount with a significant increase in the number of people renting property in Nakheel area of Ras Al Khaimah, supported by other indicators of the area’s popularity, it was the natural choice for the new mall. The seamless combination of all these elements ensured that the initial vision of a mall to serve Ras Al Khaimah quickly transformed from being a dream into reality.
The mall stands four storeys high, with a total built-up area of 1,500,000 square feet and total leasable area of 645,000 square feet. The total number of shops available for rent is 200. The mall classification is MID to HIGH class.
